Bio
Anne Lass is a Danish-German photographer with a diploma in Documentary Photography from Folkwang Hochschule der Künste. Her artistic work explores the complexity of urban landscapes, examining how contrasts and human presence shape the environment. Her richly detailed, medium-format color photographs depict an eclectic mix of places, objects, and individuals, rooted in a still life tradition that blends documentary form with poetic tenderness. She is based on the Danish island of Bornholm, with close ties to both Copenhagen and Berlin.
